Terms of Service

Percy is an AI-powered business automation platform that provides autonomous agents to handle business operations including customer service, order processing, inventory management, and related tasks.

Percy is provided as a cloud-hosted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before making changes that materially affect your use of the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You agree to use Percy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to process illegal content, facilitate fraud, harass or harm others, or violate the rights of any third party.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform. You may not resell or redistribute access to the platform without our written permission.

The Percy platform, including its software, agents, algorithms, user interface, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Percy Technologies, Inc.

Your business data remains yours. We claim no ownership over any data you process through the platform. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Percy service to you.

Percy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

You acknowledge that autonomous agents operate based on your configuration and the data available to them. We are not liable for actions taken by agents that you have authorized and configured.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Percy Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially violate these terms.

Upon termination, your data will remain available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes by email and by posting a notice on the platform.

Your continued use of Percy after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
